We’ll list your property on Airbnb to get short-term rentals, we take care of all the work involved including listing it on the site, making sure photographs look great, staged properly, taking care of the guests, every time a guest checks out the property is pure and pristine cleaned by our professional cleaning team, our handyman will take care of all minor issues or repairs (everything broken or defective under $100 is on us), you as a landlord don’t need to do anything at all.
Is There Any Charge For Working With You?
There are no fees, charges, or hidden costs whatsoever to work with us. We sign a 6 or 12 month lease and provide a deposit, just like a typical tenant.
Our guests generally visit from out of the area, and typically stay for 1-6 nights. Once they’ve provided their ID and are approved by us, they book their stay. After each guest departs, your property is thoroughly cleaned to the highest standards by our professional cleaning company, at no cost to you.
